The proposed program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees in the logistics industry, to enable them to meet the requirements of the new era focusing on the digitization of processes, work automation and the ability to manage large volume of data for business decision making. In order to achieve this, it will place special emphasis on the practical dimension of the above developments through the presentation of real business cases and examples (business cases)from the literature but also from invited speakers from industry and in the demonstration of the capabilities of specialized software for modeling and simulation of logistics processes and data analysis to support business decisions at all decision levels.
