The MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) have released the 2025 State of Supply Chain Sustainability report.

Based on insights from more than 1,200 professionals in 97 countries, the study examines how companies turn sustainability commitments into action, focusing on regulations, Scope 3 emissions, and freight decarbonization. It highlights that sustainability remains a core driver of business performance, with leading firms integrating it into daily operations and supplier engagement.
